What will you be doing?
In the Internal Assembly department, where we bring the ‘active part’ to life, we join forces and carry out the final quality checks. This place is a great example of the craftsmanship of tomorrow, filled with pride and an informal atmosphere. Here, everyone is aware of the impact of our work. You will work in a 3-shift schedule, allowing you to benefit from working hours that suit you.
Your responsibilities include:
Assembling the complete interior of the transformers, with special attention to the electrical part.
Placing the winding sets over the core, which have been prepared by the Coil Construction department.
Sealing the core with sheet metal plates.
Assembling the core and securing it with a sturdy steel construction using steel bandages.
Connecting the electrical cabling and connecting switches, bushing rings, and other electrical conductors.
Performing quality checks together with your team, the engineering department, and technical specialists.
Once the interior has been successfully checked, you release it to the next department. Together, we take interior assembly to the next level. Join us and help us create high-quality transformers that meet the highest quality standards.
What you bring to the table:
Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical installations.
Experience as an assembly technician for complex installations.
